Today in Computer class, I learnt how to make a magazine cover on photoshop.
Here are the steps
First I have to go to file and press new, then you name your file and make sure the paper is A4 and make sure everything else is correct.
Second you can choose the background colour of your page by going to the tool box on the left and pressing the icon with a tin of paint on it, and you can choose the shade of the colour you want.
Third you can press the T button in the tool box and press the page and type the title of your page, you can make the the the font larger with the arrows near your text. You can also use the move tool to move your text around.
Fourth you can change the colour of your text and put in some effects.
You can also change your text to make it rotate.
I have learn how to make a Page for my magazine in photoshop. I have learn how to put pictures in the paper and add cool things in it like shadow , the title, and how to make a real background for the magazine.
what i learn: i learn how to make newspaper by 1. how to set a tiltle by going to file and new. 2. how to set colour background 3. how to type a word into a cover. 3. make word cooler by adding a shadow and i can make the shadow go far as i want.

Today in computer class I learned how to decorate the cover page.
1. click file and then click new.
2. learned how to color/ shade in the background in color.
3. I learn how to make/write title in the page. you click the T and make the title.
4. I learned to put picture. you go add picture.
I learned about Adobe Photoshop how to change background color (which I failed and got helped from classmates) and writing words in it (this one I succeeded but the background color and the word’s color was almost same).
I learned how amazing it is to make titles. It was confusing at the beginning but now i understand, i learned that you can make your titles in tons of different ways. You can also open more than 3 different pages and then paste them onto the other ones. You can also do tons of other stuff like make the title or any word any color you can even make the words turn right or left or even make them pointy (bubble letters). The font can become anything you wish it to be. It is truly amazing i enjoyed it, thank you miss Eastlake. From Roberto Cardano

I learned today in computer class how to make your own cover for your magazine that each group is creating . You go to Adobe Photo Shop on the PC computer . After you do that you experiment with the size on how big you want your page to be . When you get the proper size you can choose what colors you want in the back ground . You can also do amazing text and move it anywhere you want on the digital sheet of paper . You can color your text and you can probably make your text in 3D . At first learning the following processes was hard but now i understand .
Today September 23th, 2010 I have learn about photoshop. I have learn about how to put picture in our magazine poster and how to rotate the picture. I have learn how to put color in the background. I have learn alot about the photoshop
Today, in computer class, I learned how to make a magazine cover page.
1. Click file and add new.
2. We learned to put our background color in. The important thing is we have to make sure the background has to be a color that your text will show.
3. We added text by click the T on the left tool bar. Then click on the screen where you want to type the title or text. Type in the text. We can change the font color and style too.
4. Learned how to decorate the title to make it look more interesting by adding drop shadow to make it look cool.
5. Learned how to add pictures. Save your picture in your folder that is called images.
6. I learned how to decorate the picture. Make it look darker or brighter.
That was what I learned in computer class. At first is was hard. Now, I started to get the idea. I am a little fit forgetful so, I could forget. It was fun to learn about photoshop! I really enjoyed the class!
what i learn today 2: first lesson i learn how to save the picture to my images file. then i import the picture by going to the file that i save. i clicl on the left box then i press large icon or thumbnail. it will view the photo that i want. then i import the picture to the file that i want.
second lesson i learn how to use the microsoft publisher. first i clck on Newspaper then i select the theme. then i type the advertisement that i want.
third lesson i learn how to make the picture bigger. i go to tranform and click at the scale. i can mke the picture as big as i want. then i press enter when i’m finish editing the size. i can make picture go up side down by going to the rotation in tranform

Today in computer class i learned about Adobe Photoshop. First i went to file and i found new and i clicked on that. I put the title “Newspaper Cover” and i did the paper international paper and I made the size on the A4 size.
Today we put the picture on our layers and we made the size big and small and brightness and darkness. We went to (Google.com) and we typed in school students and I chose the picture and we save them on our on year 1101, middle school, 6 knudsen and I went to my own file and went to computer and I put in on the images.
At first it was kind of hard to understand and today, I finally understand and i can try it on my own computer!!
Assignment For Computer- What I Learned Today?
I learned how to insert pictures and to make the pictures and back ground on a different page.
I learn to transfer images, and to then transform the images and click rotate to move the picture how you want or to change the picture in any way you want there is also a thing called scale where you can also make the picture the size you want it. I learned how to make the picture stay the same but move it around. I learnt that you have to press enter every time you are finished rotating or playing around with the picture. I learned that when you go to a picture or image folder and it is not showing the picture you can go into the box at the top right hand on the end and you can change it from a folder showing the pictures or an image writing into a simple picture, that is if you click large after clicking on the the little box. Today I learned how to make a cover of our newspaper project.
First go to New > Preset : A4 then click ok.
After that we learned how to change the background color by use Paint Bucket Tool.
We learned how to type a text using Type Tool and decorate our text
with Blending Options we did a drop shadow and stroke.
Then teacher taught us how to add a photos into your cover , let us decorate our cover and add a text about the magazine around the cover.
On September 23, 2010 I learned how to make magazine’s own cover. First I click file and I made new file. Next I chose my background’s color after I wrote my magazine’s title finally I add picture on my magazine’s cover. That things are I learned from computer class.
What I learned today in class
1. I learned how to insert picture and to make the picture and back ground in a different page.
2. I learned to transfer image
3. I learned how to move by clicking the transform scale
4. I learned how to make the picture stay the same but only get bigger (press shift and move with mouse
5. I learned to transform picture. (Go to transform and click rotate to move the picture how you want.)

I have learned today when using the photoshop with Miss Eastlake for the newspaper project is that how to make the page the size that you want to print the front page.
That was the one that I needed to make my team. Second is that how to put text on the page. Also how to put the pictures for the front page. I was confuse when we have to hold the “shift” and move the pictures. I forgot the press it and the picture was soooo funny :p But now i get it.
The thing that i did not know that is how to rotate the text. When Miss Eastlake was explaining how to rotate the text, I was putting the picture. So i got confuse. But I had help from her again. Doing photoshop is very fun to make things crazy and funny.

Today in computer class I learned how to make the front page of a magazine. First, I went to Photoshop in the start menu and we made the front cover an international paper. We also made it an A4 size. I clicked on the box with paint to change my background colour.
For the text, I clicked on the big T in the tool box. I clicked on the horizontal text. I clicked on the screen. A dot came out. I wrote a fake title for my magazine. I clicked on the tool box to change my size of the letter and also the style of the letter. also learned how to make it more better. I put outlines too.
I found pictures in google and put it on the photoshop. I got it in the magazine and made it bigger. I also made texts to write the information about the magazine. We went to text then transform and rotate. It made the text rotate and move around.
It was fun learning all these things. I learned a lot of new things. Thank you

During computer class today, I learnt how to put pictures inside of Photoshop. I also put so hearts decorations, rotate the text (tittle), and put so color. This is not the first time i did it so I was not so confused like some others.
I learned how to make a magazine cover by using the Photoshop system. I learned how to type my title and make the background have color. I learned how to put shadow on the words to make it stand out more. I learned how to put picture in our title and type words and make it rotate in different ways. When we want to make the picture bigger we need to go to edit and click tranform after your done that u hold shift and drag the corner around. After you like the size click enter.
A few hours ago I learned how fun it is to make a magazine cover in Adobe Photoshop. We learned how to choose the color of the cover, how t add titles and subtitles in it, and how to rotate them. We even learned how to put pictures in it, how to make the pictures bigger or smaller, and how to set the intensity of the pictures. I was a great class and I had an awful lot of fun in it. Today I learned about Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Photoshop.
The best two things in this lesson was:
-making advertisement at Microsoft Publisher.
It was very eaaaasy. 1. Go into Microsoft Publisher. 2. Click Newsletter in left hand corner. 3. Choose any theme you want. 4. delete some of the newspaper and put advertisement column.
-how to rotate and to make scale bigger or smaller at Adobe Photoshop
It was not easy nor hard. 1. Go into Adobe Photoshop. 2-1. Set background for dummy document. 2-2. Open a picture or photo. 3. minimize the picture. 4. click, hold, and drag it to the background. 5. Open “edit” and go to “transform”. 6. click scale or rotate. 6a (for scale). click any button, hold, and drag it to make it bigger. 6b (for rotate). click picture’s corner and rotate. 7. Press enter.
today I larn how to use potoshop to make newspaper cover. First we open potoshop and then click at file and new name the page. 2th we paint the black groud the colour we like useing the tool box in the left hand side the icon number 11 from the top. 3th we click on the T on the icon number 15 from the top then click where you want the text to be and start to tipe. 4th you right click on the right hand side on the T in a box and click blang oftion to make the tittle coller. we ad picture by click at the icon file,open and open the picture you like and open it. then minimine the page of the picture so that you can see the tittle page too.and click the icon number 1 on the tool bar to drag the picture to the tittle page.
Today, I learned about how to use Adobe Photoshop, so I can make a Newspaper Cover for our group project. First, we made a new page, and setting the size, and the type of the paper. I clicked the colored box to choose the background color, and typed in our newspaper title on top of the page. then, we used an option called ‘Blending Option’, and made a drop shadow and put an outline color on the title that I typed in recently. I also chose colors for the Title, so it will look more eye-catching, more fun-looking. After this, we opened a sample photo that Ms. Eastlake prepared for us, and controlled the contranst of the photo, so the picture will look a bit more brighter than before. I enlarged the Image by pressing the ‘shift’ button, and dragging the mouse controller at the same time. by doing this, the picture won’t get too thin, or too fat. After arranging the photo, I typed out a subtitle, about the article that I researched on. As the same as the title, I decorated also the subtitle with shadows and outlines. It was sort of intresting to me.

Today I learned how to re-size and rotate a picture on Adobe Photoshop CS3.
First you open your picture up by going to file and open. Go to the file you saved your picture in and open the picture.
Then Restore down the picture so you can see both your canvas background and your picture. Drag the picture on to the canvas background.
Now you make sure you can see the box with the pages you have open on photo shop, press layout. Now go to file and go to transform and then you can press scale to re-size your picture or rotate to turn your picture. Hold down shift and then re-size or rotate your picture. Always press enter every time you finish re-sizing or rotating your picture.
Make sure you always save your work!!!

Today we learned how to make coloured backgrounds on photoshop an how to insert a picture from a file and seeing them as thumbnails. We can also change the size of the picture by doing edit-transform-scale. you can rotate pictures by edit-transform-rotate.

Today I learn how to make magazine cover today in Adobe photo shop in computer class.
1. We have to click file and press the word new.
2. There will be a box saying what size of paper do you want. You will press preset and schroll down to the word International paper, this will give you the size of a A4 paper.
3. You can choose the color of your front cover by schrolling down to where you can find two square on top of each other, click on it then you can find the two tone color, you can choose only for the top one, click on the color that you want then click ok then the color would be on your cover.
4. To insert picture, you will have to click on insert schroll down to the word picture, you will have a choice of how to insert picture click on from your file then go to your file and choose a picture.
Today we also learn how to put picture on our cover by clickling the a rectangular box right click then it will let you insert the picture on your cover. We also learn to rotate the picture too!!!!!!!
I learned about Photoshop how to change background color that i like.We can put cool thing on the paper the title we can make 3D title.
In computer class i learnd Photoshop

4. Chose the picture (students picture) i like and if that picture is darkness i can change brighter.
